The dude is delusional... but I did hear he only pays like $250 a month for the space a while back. Not run down? DK's is the epitome of run down.
I do think the upstairs setup has to be accredited for breeding so many rippers out of Kokomo over the years. However, they built it themselves, period.
I'd be sad to see it go though. I have a lot of fun there most of the time. The wife hates sitting in the dirty pile of rags upstairs though.
